Terms and Conditions
Effective date: July 28, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and services provided by DX Virtual. By purchasing, enrolling in, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to these terms and any additional provisions contained in your proposal, statement of work, invoice, order form, membership agreement, or service agreement.
1. Services
Services may include virtual television production, livestreaming, video recording, content distribution, event production, consulting, training, platform access, advertising support, sponsorship support, and other related professional services. The exact scope, schedule, deliverables, and fees will be described in the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, or order form.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are presented before payment or identified in a written proposal, invoice, order form, or service agreement. Customers agree to pay all authorized charges, applicable taxes, and approved fees according to the stated payment schedule.
3. Payment authorization
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You authorize DX Virtual and its payment-processing providers to charge the amount shown at checkout or stated in your invoice or service agreement.
4. Recurring payments
When you select a subscription, membership, installment plan, or recurring service, you authorize DX Virtual to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed amount and frequency until the arrangement ends or is canceled in accordance with your service agreement.
The recurring amount, billing frequency, beginning date, and cancellation requirements will be disclosed before authorization. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation requirements may vary by service. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, cancellation requests must be submitted by email to admin@dxvirtual.tv. Cancellation of a recurring service prevents future charges after the cancellation becomes effective but does not automatically refund previously authorized charges or completed work.
6. Refund policy
Because DX Virtual provides professional, scheduled, customized, and digital services, payments for completed work, delivered digital products, production time already performed, and nonrecoverable third-party expenses are generally nonrefundable.
A refund request must be submitted in writing within seven calendar days of the disputed charge. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled in part by the customer’s financial institution.
Any service-specific refund, deposit, rescheduling, or cancellation terms stated in a signed agreement, proposal, invoice, registration page, or order form will control if those terms differ from this general policy.
7. Service delivery
Delivery schedules will be stated in the applicable proposal, order confirmation, production schedule, or service agreement. Digital services and materials may be delivered through email, an online account, a video platform, a livestreaming platform, a website, mobile or television applications, social media channels, or another mutually approved method.
8. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, timely approvals, authorized content, credentials, files, and other materials needed to perform the services. Project delays caused by missing materials, delayed approvals, or inaccurate information may affect the delivery schedule and may result in additional charges.
9. Content and intellectual property
Customers represent that they own or have permission to use all trademarks, music, photographs, recordings, scripts, videos, and other content supplied to DX Virtual. Customers remain responsible for securing talent releases, music rights, licenses, and other permissions required for their productions.
10. Disputes and chargebacks
Customers should contact DX Virtual before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. Contact us at admin@dxvirtual.tv or (302) 370-0028.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DX Virtual will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
DX Virtual may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Terms applicable to an existing signed agreement may only be changed as permitted by that agreement.
13. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms and Conditions may be directed to DX Virtual, 107 Carriage Wood Court, Newark, Delaware 19702; admin@dxvirtual.tv; (302) 370-0028.
