PRESENTS

ROAD TO

AMERICA 250

Virtual Business Fair

JULY 4  —  AUGUST 31, 2026

A nationally streamed celebration of Black-owned businesses, marking America's 250th birthday with two months of live broadcasts from 895 entrepreneurs across 42 states plus DC.

For Black-Owned Businesses

Your shop is the studio.
Your story is the broadcast.

For two months — July 4 through August 31, 2026 — we're putting Black-owned businesses from across America on national TV. Not a polished studio segment. Not a press release. The real you, broadcasting live from your own bakery, boutique, salon, or office.

Local high school and college students will be invited to serve as your camera crew, trained by our team. You keep all the footage forever. And you get 60 days of national exposure on the DX Virtual TV network — Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, web, and mobile. Plus, every vendor receives DX Vendor Academy training — teaching you how to live-stream and produce video content for your ongoing marketing long after the Fair ends.

Choose Your Tier & Register

Two ways to participate.

Both tiers include the scheduled live broadcast from your location, the student crew model, 60 days of national exposure, and DX Vendor Academy training — teaching you how to live-stream and produce video content for your ongoing marketing. Plus, 10% of your fee flows directly to the Black Chamber of Commerce or Minority Contractor Association you affiliate with through the Chamber Support Fund.

Step 1 · Required Before Payment

Apply for approval before you pay.

All vendors must submit a short application so we can verify eligibility, confirm your state has open slots, and capture your chamber or association affiliation for the Chamber Support Fund. We'll reply within 48 hours with your approval and payment instructions. Please don't pay through the Stripe checkout below until you've received your approval email.

Legacy · $500
Up to 2 scheduled live broadcasts per week (up to 10 min each). Your virtual booth runs the full 60 days (July 4 – August 31). You keep all raw footage forever. Includes an exclusive discount code, dedicated social promotion, and DX Vendor Academy training covering live-stream setup, platform basics, on-camera presentation, and content amplification for ongoing business use. Best for businesses ready to build their own video marketing capability.
Heritage · $750
Everything in Legacy, plus a 10-minute professionally-produced promotional video created and edited by DX Tech Solutions. Adds extended airtime, a live founder interview, featured social posts, a newsletter spotlight, and Advanced DX Vendor Academy sessions — deeper training in video production, analytics, and live-stream strategy. Recommended for businesses that want a polished marketing asset to reuse for years after the fair ends.
Chamber Support Fund
10% of every vendor fee ($50 from Legacy / $75 from Heritage) is donated to the Black Chamber of Commerce or Minority Contractor Association you affiliate with. You select your chamber affiliation on the application form. Your participation directly supports the chambers and associations serving Black-owned businesses across the nation.
What's Included Either Way
DX Virtual Studio access · Zoom Events booth · Free DX Tech Solutions training for your student camera crew · Live remote tech support during your broadcast · National distribution to Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, web, and mobile.

Step 2 · After Approval

On the application form, you'll select the Black Chamber of Commerce or Minority Contractor Association you'd like 10% of your fee to support through the Chamber Support Fund.

Booth Assignment Policy

Virtual booths are assigned two weeks after we receive 40% of total vendor registrations. Early applicants are placed in the first assignment wave — so the sooner you register, the better your slot selection.

For Black Chambers of Commerce & Minority Contractor Associations

A new way to bring funding
to your chamber.

Most Black Chambers of Commerce and Minority Contractor Associations are nonprofits — mission-driven organizations doing essential work for Black-owned businesses with limited unrestricted funding. The Road to America 250 inverts the traditional sponsorship model: instead of asking chambers to fund us, we bring funding to them.

The Chamber Support Fund

10% of every vendor fee flows directly to the Black Chamber of Commerce or Minority Contractor Association the vendor affiliates with. We are not asking chambers for sponsorship dollars. We are bringing funding to them.

WHAT YOUR CHAMBER RECEIVES

  • Direct unrestricted funding — 10% of every member vendor's fee flows to your chamber through the Chamber Support Fund.
  • National broadcast visibility — your chamber featured during your state's broadcast block, with a partnership promotional video and complimentary Virtual Booth.
  • Chamber Champion stipend — $1,500 total ($500 sign-on + $500 halfway + $500 completion) paid directly by DX to your Champion — at no cost to your chamber.
  • Expanded membership pipeline — vendors who become chamber members because of the Fair generate ongoing 10% donations and membership engagement.

WHAT YOUR CHAMBER DOES

  • Agree to become a strategic partner in our Road to America 250 Virtual Business Fair.
  • Refer member businesses who would benefit from a national broadcast platform.
  • Name one Chamber Champion to lead local vendor recruitment. The Champion can be chamber leadership or a member in good standing.
  • Promote through your channels — social media, newsletter, website, member emails.

We Handle the Operational Work. Once your chamber refers a member, DX manages the relationship from there — follow-up, application support, payment, and broadcast scheduling. Your chamber or association is not burdened with operational work.

Technical Requirements

Easier than you think.

No special equipment, no studio rental, no production company. If you can use a smartphone and you have internet at your business, you're 90% of the way there. We handle the rest.

What You Need

From your side, just four things.

  • 1
    A smartphone
Any iPhone or Android made in the last 5 years. The camera quality is more than enough for broadcast.
  • 2
    A tripod
A basic phone tripod runs about $20–30 on Amazon. We'll send recommendations during onboarding.
  • 3
    A wireless microphone
A clip-on lavalier mic that pairs with your phone. Around $30–50 — the difference in audio quality is huge.
  • 4
    Internet access
Whatever you already have at your business. WiFi or cellular — we'll do a connection test together before your broadcast.

What We Provide

Everything else, end to end.

  • DX Virtual Studio access
Our broadcast control room handles graphics, transitions, and routing your live feed to all platforms.
  • Zoom Events booth
Your interactive virtual booth where attendees visit, chat, and shop throughout the 60-day fair.
  • DX Tech Solutions training
Virtual training session for you and your student crew on camera, audio, lighting, and broadcast best practices.
  • Live remote tech support
Our team is on standby before and during your broadcast. If something glitches, we troubleshoot with you in real time.

Total estimated equipment cost: under $80 — and that's only if you don't already own a tripod or microphone. Many vendors already have everything they need sitting on a shelf.
