Attendees who become Legacy or Heritage Virtual Vendors will get 60 days of national exposure across our streaming platform. Attending the Virtual Fair is free and will offer various workshops, but the DX Vendor Academy is only for paying vendors.

Built by a Founder Who Believes Black Voices Deserve a National Broadcast.

Rev. Maurice L. Butler, MBA, MDiv is the founder of DX Tech Solutions, Inc. and DX Virtual TV — a Black-owned marketing technology consulting social enterprise headquartered in Newark, Delaware. An ordained minister and entrepreneur with graduate degrees in both business and divinity, his work integrates entrepreneurship, community leadership, faith, and cultural empowerment.

He built DX Virtual TV as a national streaming platform to amplify Black thought leaders across the subject areas that shape lives — business, faith, finance, health, education, civic leadership, arts and culture, and the conversations the nation needs to heal as a country. Road to America 250 is the platform's flagship broadcast event.

How It Works · For Paying Virtual Vendors

Three Steps from Application to National Broadcast

Free attendees can join the weekly Virtual Business Fairs and workshops simply by registering through the link above. The three steps below are for businesses who choose to become paying Virtual Vendors.

Apply for Approval

Submit a short application through our Google Form. We verify eligibility, confirm your state has open slots, and capture your chamber affiliation for the Chamber Support Fund. We reply within 48 hours.

Choose Your Tier & Register

Once approved, choose between Legacy ($500) or Heritage ($750) and complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout. You'll receive confirmation and onboarding materials immediately.

Your scheduled live broadcasts air during the weekly Virtual Business Fairs across the 60-day run — on Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, YouTube, Facebook Live, iOS & Android, and dxvirtual.tv. Keep all your footage to reuse forever.

On the application form, you'll select the Black Chamber of Commerce or Minority Contractor Association you'd like 10% of your fee to support through the Chamber Support Fund.

Booth Assignment Policy

Virtual booths are assigned two weeks after we receive 40% of total vendor registrations. Early applicants are placed in the first assignment wave, so the sooner you register, the better your slot selection.

A New Way to Bring Funding to Your Chamber.

Most Black Chambers of Commerce and Minority Contractor Associations are nonprofits — mission-driven organizations doing essential work for Black-owned businesses with limited unrestricted funding. The Road to America 250 inverts the traditional sponsorship model: instead of asking chambers to fund us, we bring funding to them.

The Chamber Support Fund

10% of every vendor fee flows directly to the Black Chamber of Commerce or Minority Contractor Association the vendor affiliates with. We are not asking chambers for sponsorship dollars. We are bringing funding to them.

What Your Chamber Receives

  • Direct unrestricted funding — 10% of every member vendor's fee flows to your chamber through the Chamber Support Fund.
  • National broadcast visibility — your chamber featured during your state's broadcast block, with a partnership promotional video and complimentary Virtual Booth.
  • Chamber Champion stipend — $1,500 total ($500 sign-on + $500 halfway + $500 completion) paid directly by DX to your Champion at no cost to your chamber.
  • Expanded membership pipeline — vendors who become chamber members because of the Fair generate ongoing 10% donations and membership engagement.

What Your Chamber Does

  • Agree to become a strategic partner in our Road to America 250 Virtual Business Fair.
  • Refer member businesses who would benefit from a national broadcast platform.
  • Name one Chamber Champion to lead local vendor recruitment. The Champion can be chamber leadership or a member in good standing.
  • Promote through your channels — social media, newsletter, website, member emails.

We Handle the Operational Work. Once your chamber refers a member, DX manages the relationship from there: follow-up, application support, payment, and broadcast scheduling. Your chamber or association is not burdened with operational work.

What Founders Ask First.

Is it free to attend, or do I have to pay to participate? +

Attending the weekly Virtual Business Fairs is free. Any Black-owned business can register, attend the live broadcasts, and join the workshops at no cost. Businesses that want a broadcast slot of their own — broadcasting live from their location as a Virtual Vendor, program host, or show host — become paying participants by choosing Legacy ($500) or Heritage ($750). Paying Virtual Vendors also unlock DX Vendor Academy training, which is not available to free attendees.

What if I'm not ready for a national audience yet? +

If you have operating history, a real product or service, and the capacity to fulfill on new customers and partners, you're ready. Our team handles the production polish, and DX Vendor Academy training helps paying vendors continue producing broadcast-grade content long after the Fair.

What if I'm already running my own marketing and ads? +

This isn't replacement marketing — it's the broadcast layer your ads can't buy. National streaming visibility, chamber credibility, and a permanent legacy archive create a kind of trust no paid campaign can replicate.

How is this different from a chamber expo or local business fair? +

Local expos put you in a room of a few hundred people for one day. Road to America 250 hosts weekly Virtual Business Fairs across a 60-day national broadcast — on Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, YouTube, Facebook Live, mobile apps, and the web. Attendance and workshops are free for any Black-owned business. Paying Virtual Vendors get scheduled broadcast slots, DX Vendor Academy training, and a permanent archive of their footage.

What does the 10% Chamber Support Fund mean for me? +

When you apply, you select the Black Chamber of Commerce or Minority Contractor Association you'd like to support. 10% of your $500 or $750 vendor fee ($50 from Legacy / $75 from Heritage) is donated directly to that organization. Your participation directly funds the chambers and associations serving Black-owned businesses.

Do I need professional camera equipment to be a paying Virtual Vendor? +

No. A smartphone, a basic tripod ($20–30), a wireless lavalier microphone ($30–50), and internet access at your business are all you need. DX Vendor Academy training covers setup, lighting, and presentation. We provide the streaming infrastructure and live remote tech support. (Free attendees don't need any equipment — just register and tune in.)

Is there a refund policy? +

Application fees are refundable up to 14 days after acceptance, provided your brand has not yet been included in a published broadcast segment.
